This kit combines a 4752 - Leonard Deluxe Stainless-Steel Soil Knife and a 4750S - Leonard Leather Sheath. The Leonard Deluxe Soil Knife features a 6-inch Swedish stainless-steel blade. This dual-edged blade combines a serrated edge and a sharp edge. A built-in cutting notch slices through twine and plant ties. We equipped it with a one-piece molded composite handle.
We designed the Leonard Leather Sheath to fit our standard and deluxe soil knives. We make it using high-quality leather. Attach it with either the built-in belt slot or the included metal clip.
The Leonard Deluxe Stainless-Steel Soil Knife works well for nearly any task. Use it to plant bulbs, flowers, and herbs. Its razor-sharp edge cleanly slices through plant roots, weeds, twine, or plant ties. When you finish the job, store it in the handy sheath until you need it again.

LEONARD CAPROCK IRRIGATION SHOVEL WITH 48-INCH AMERICAN ASH HANDLE

This Leonard Caprock Irrigation Shovel features a strong, forged steel blade. This blade measures 9-1/2 inches wide and 9-3/4 inches long and has a shallow bowl. An extended tab socket connects the blade to a 48-inch American Ash handle with a double-rivet connection.
We design this Caprock Irrigation Shovel for digging out trees, shrubs, and trenches. This shovel has virtually no handle lift, allowing for near vertical digging. This design makes it great for digging holes that require straight edges or in tight digging spaces. You can also dig out soft, muddy soil without the handle getting in the way. With the solid shank, there is no place for soil to build up at the bottom. The American ash handle provides a traditional feel and is extra-durable thanks to the vertically-lined grain.
